No More Truck Nuts in FL?

In a story from reuters.com, the state of Florida is hoping to ban fake bull testicles that dangle from truck trailer hitches. The funniest part of the article to me is that one of the state senators actually had some on his truck. Here is a picture in case you are not familiar.
